The long version
What you’re actually getting.
Pizza night has a cleanup problem. The stone needs babying, the good sheet pan ends up welded with cheese, and somebody still has to scrub it all while the movie starts without them. These 12-inch aluminum pans are our answer: bake on them, serve on them, then toss them in the recycling and go sit down.
The aluminum runs thicker than the flimsy foil trays you've been burned by - literally and figuratively - and the dotted bottom lets heat circulate under the crust, so homemade, frozen and take-and-bake pizzas come out crisp instead of steamed. A rolled rim keeps each pan rigid enough to carry a fully loaded pie one-handed out of a hot oven.
The 12-inch size is the sweet spot for personal pizzas, focaccia, flatbreads and cookie cakes, and the pans double as party platters and serving trays when the oven's off duty. You get fifteen in the pack - enough for a pizza party, a camping trip, and the school bake sale you forgot about.
Sturdy enough to rinse and reuse a few times if that's your style. Guilt-free to toss when it isn't. Either way, nobody's scrubbing tonight.
Asked & answered
Questions from real kitchens.
Will my pizza actually get crispy on a disposable pan?
Yes - that's what the dotted bottom is for. The perforations let hot air reach the underside of the crust, so it bakes instead of steams. For extra-crisp results, put the pan directly on the oven rack rather than a baking sheet.
What size pizza fits on these pans?
They're made for 12-inch pizzas - the standard personal or small pie, including most frozen and take-and-bake pizzas. Each pan measures about 13″ across the outer rim, 12.5″ inside, with a 1″ rolled edge.
Are they oven-safe? To what temperature?
They're aluminum, so they handle standard home-oven pizza temperatures without warping or melting. They're also freezer-safe - you can prep pizzas ahead, freeze them right on the pan, and bake later.
Can I reuse them, or are they strictly one-and-done?
They're sturdier than typical foil trays, so a gentle hand-rinse buys you several uses - especially for drier bakes like cookies or flatbread. When they've earned retirement, aluminum is widely recyclable (check your local rules).
What else are they good for besides pizza?
Cookie cakes, birthday cakes, pies, focaccia, appetizer platters, BBQ and camping trays - anywhere you want to bake or serve and skip the washing-up. The rolled rim makes them solid serving trays on their own.
How many come in a pack?
Fifteen pans per pack - about $1 per pan. Enough for a party, a holiday bake, and the leftovers run to the neighbors.
